Now there is no excuse not to visit BaliGarden.</div> <bR> <div> After having not returned to Bali since the devestating bomb blasts in Kuta Sept 2002, It was with some excitement that we returned with the family this January.</div> <bR> <div> We were expecting less tourists but more new products. We certainly found plenty of new products but more suprisingly, there were wall-to-wall tourists. So many in fact, many of the resorts and hotels were full. One taxi driver stated that this was the busiest Christmas to record. The tourists have returned!</div> <bR> <div> 2003 has seen many changes to BaliGarden with the completion of the pond and waterfall garden and a new building that now houses selected fine furniture. All the gardens have grown vigorously and a feel of Paradise has been created. All of this is a must to come and see. Why not make a day of it and come and have a picnic in our bale (pavillion) by the pond?</div> <div> .</div> <div> We also have some new 'Bali Gems' (experiences that could only happen in Bali). Please keep sending in those stories. Any story we print will receive a hand woven trinket from Lombok.We will acknowledge the author of each  story. The best story in every three month period will receive a $50 gift voucher at Bali Garden. So get to your email and sent those stories in.</div> <bR> <div> This year we are offering bale's (pavillions) from two separate manufacturers. Come and inspect the difference. </div> <bR> <div> A 40' container packed with Sue's specially hand selected items including furniture, stone carvings and more (see 'products' on this site) will be arriving in March.</div> <bR> <div> Have a look at our travel page where you will find some interesting options for a budget holiday. We have also investigated an interesting option for all you frequent visitors to Bali.</div> <div>  </div> <div> It is good to see that the tourists have returned to Bali both from the point of reviving the Balinese economy to proving how futile the efforts of terrorists are.</div> <bR> <div> Bali is now very aware of the terrorist threat and as such security is heavily upgraded. I marvel at the hotel security guards. They appear to be casual but nothing misses their eyes.
